At Larkstone Supported Living we provide high quality supported living services to enable our service users to live as independently as possible in their own homes within the community. Larkstone is a progressive needs lead domiciliary care and support organisation. Larkstone Supported Living assists in the management, support and care of people with various diagonosis and complex disabilities.
Who is it for?
Larkstone Supported Living will provide services for adults who are 18+ with various disabilities, diagnosis and complex needs that may challenge. The people that it provides services to may have single diagnoses, dual, or even multiple diagnoses.The level of support will depend upon the assessed needs of the individual involved.
Who will benefit?
People living in group homes, who would benefit from a more individualised system of support.
People currently living at home with parents/carers who are looking for greater independence.
We promote individuality through developing and maximising peoples abilities, offering opportunity, encouraging positive engagement, providing community resources, and encouraging people to take control of their individuality.
We promote, encourage and support with social and community intergration, further education and training, leasuire and recreational activities and can also offer case management and appointeeship services.
We provide outreach services to people living in their own homes, irrespective of their disability or sometimes socially challenging behaviours. This is achieved by understanding the current and anticipated needs of the people, by under taking, continuous appraisal, and on going assessment of there progress, in order to be able to plan with them, their family, care managers and their future.
